在落实素质教育以及促进新课程改革的过程中,学生的个性化成长以及发展备受社会各界的广泛关注。在高校教学实践的过程之中,辅导员工作尤为关键,辅导员必须以心理学知识的有效应用为依据,给予学生更多自主学习和参与的机会,保证学生能够树立正确的人生观和价值观。对此,本文结合我国高校辅导员工作管理的具体情况,对心理学知识的相关应用进行进一步的分析,以期为突破高校教学管理工作所存在的各类不足提供一定的借鉴。

In the process of implementing quality education and promoting new curriculum reform, students' individualized growth and development have received wide attention from all walks of life. In the process of teaching practice in colleges and universities, the work of counselors is particularly important. Counselors must be based on the effective application of psychological knowledge, giving students more opportunities to learn and participate independently, to ensure that students can establish a correct outlook on life and values. In this regard, this paper combines the specific situation of the work management of college counselors in China, and further analyzes the related application of psychological knowledge, in order to provide some reference for breaking through the various shortcomings in the teaching management of colleges and universities.
