Cultivation of Minimally Invasive Concept and Technique in Clinical Teaching of Urology

微创技术是泌尿外科的特色技术,由于临床教学中微创理念渗透不够,导致大部分泌尿外科学生没有树立起微创理念,没有接受过系统微创理念的学习和技术培训,我们研究了泌尿外科研究生、规培生和实习学生的教学现状,结合自身的实践,制定了可行的、可供大家参考的新的微创理念和技术培养的方法。

Minimally invasive technique is a characteristic technique of urology. Due to the insufficient penetration of minimally invasive concept in clinical teaching, most urology students have not established a minimally invasive concept, and they have not received systematic learning and technical training. After studying the teaching status of postgraduates, students receiving standardized training and interns majoring in urology, and combined with our own practice, we formulated a feasible and new method to cultivate minimally invasive concept and technique with the hope of providing reference for the readers.
