本文简析了高职生的学情、创新需要以及专利在创新教育中的重要意义。从创新的内驱力、支持、师资、课程及课程评价体系等方面剖析高职生创新课程教育的现状。提出了专利促进高职创新课程教育的方法与途径,以专利为导向落实创新实践,构建创新团队,提升专利水平和课程教育效果。

This paper briefly analyzes the academic situation of higher vocational students, the needs of innovation and the importance of patents in innovation education, as well as the status quo of innovation curriculum education for higher vocational students from the aspects of the internal drive, support, teaching staff and curriculum evaluation system of innovation. It also puts forward the methods and ways of patents to promote the education of higher vocational innovation courses, implements innovation practice based on patents, builds innovative teams, and enhances the level of patents and the effect of curriculum education.
