摘要 工学交替模式是制造类专业适合推广的教学改革模式,目前校企合作产教融合工作过程中,学校、企业、家长以及学生层面都存在一定的问题,需要研究一套行之有效的对策来破解。本文主要以浙江广厦建设职业技术学院数控技术专业为例展开研究,在校企合作、产教融合背景下,探索出数控技术专业"厂中校"工学交替模式的教学与管理的合理对策,为相关部门提供参考。 The model of work-study alternation is a teaching reform model suitable for manufacturing majors. At present, there are certain problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration at the levels of schools, enterprises, parents and students. It is necessary to study a set of effective countermeasures to solve them. Taking the numerical control technology major of Zhejiang Guangsha College of Applied Construction Technology as an example, under the background of school-enterprise cooperation and production-education integration, this paper mainly explores the reasonable countermeasures for the teaching and management of the numerical control technology major under the work-study alternation model of "factory schools", with a view to providing reference for relevant departments.
