摘要 近年来幼儿园虐童事件频发,引发了社会公众对幼儿园教师师德的信任危机。本文从师德建设的困境出发,分析了新时代背景下国家和社会、幼儿园、教师层面幼儿园师德建设困境的原因,并对如何走出师德建设困境进行了探讨。 In recent years, the frequent incidents of child abuse in kindergartens have triggered the crisis of trust among the public in the kindergarten teachers. Starting from the predicament of the construction of teachers' morality, this paper analyzes the reasons for the predicament of kindergarten teachers' morality construction under the background of the new era of the state, society, kindergarten and teachers, and discusses how to get out of the predicament of teacher morality.
