摘要
本文采用问卷调查法和访谈法调查潍坊市0-3岁早期教育师资现状,从专业背景、职业培训和专业知识及专业技能等方面进行研究。研究发现:潍坊市0-3岁早期教育师资的专业化整体水平不够;师资专业化培训有待提高。并根据研究结论,提出对策和建议:建立早期教育师资准入标准,打造一支专业化水平的师资队伍,加大师资培训力度,加强培训专业性,依托高校培养专业人才。
This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of teachers for the early education of children aged 0~3 in Weifang City, from their professional background, vocational training, professional knowledge and professional skills. The study found that the overall level of professionalization of the teachers in Weifang City is not enough;the professional training of teachers needs to be improved. According to the research conclusions, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: establishing the standards for the entry of early education teachers, building a professional teacher team, enhancing teacher training, strengthening the professionalism of training, and relying on colleges and universities to train professional talents.
