摘要
阐述创新与创新型人才内涵,分析国内当前高职院校创新型人才培养困境。本文紧扣创新型人才培养目标,以物联网应用技术专业为例,从优化专业人才培养体系、改革创新教学方法、构筑创新活动平台、创新评价方式等关键环节入手,对创新型人才培养体系进行了研究。
This paper aims to elaborate connotations of innovation and innovative talents, analyze the current predicament in cultivating creative talents in high vocational colleges in China. Taking the specialty of IOT Application Technology as an example, and cultivating of creative talents as its main target, we focus on innovative-talent cultivating systems by optimizing professional- talent cultivating systems, reforming innovative teaching methods, constructing innovative-activity platforms and innovative evaluation modes etc.
