摘要 毫无疑问,心理健康影响着个体的运作、适应环境的能力、个体对生活的满意度、自我认知等各个方面。生活往往给个人带来非凡的挑战、挫折和艰辛。心理健康关注个体如何应对这些困难,以及个体对生活的态度。虽然当个体感觉良好时他们的生活会更好,但人的一生中,起起落落也是不可避免的。大学生作为认知发展尚未成熟的群体,心理健康容易出现人际关系处理不当、抑郁与焦虑、道德缺失、压力过大等状况。针对社会、学校教育、家庭教育出现的问题,本文以积极心理学概念为出发点,探讨大学生这一主体的心理健康状况存在的问题及原因、归因分析、提出从积极心理学和认知心理学的角度出发,改善大学生心理健康状态的方法。 There is no doubt that mental health affects individual’s operation,the ability which adapts to the environment,individual’s satisfaction with life,self-perception and other aspects. Life often brings extraordinary challenges,frustrations and hardships to individuals. Mental health concerns how individuals cope with these difficulties and their attitudes towards life. Although their lives are better when individuals feel good,ups and downs are inevitable in their lives. As an immature group of cognitive development,college students’ mental health is prone to problems such as improper interpersonal relationship management,depression and anxiety,moral deficiency and excessive stress. In view of the problems in society,school education and family education,this paper,starting from the concept of positive psychology,explores the problems and causes of the mental health of college students as the main body,attribution analysis,and puts forward ways to improve the mental health of college students from the perspective of positive psychology and cognitive psychology.
