农村精准培训助推精准脱贫过程中存在的问题分析

当前我国扶贫脱贫进入到攻坚阶段,农村偏远地区成为脱贫攻坚的主要阵地,决定着我国能否在2020年步入小康社会。精准培训作为教育精准扶贫脱贫的一个关键点,通过对占农村主要劳动力的青壮年实施精准培训,促进精准扶贫脱贫具有非常重要的实际意义和价值。根据这些地区劳动力的受教育水平往往较低的情况,本文分析了实施精准培训的过程中不可避免存在的许多问题,提出了一些解决措施。

At present,China’s poverty alleviation has entered a critical stage,and the rural remote areas have become the main fronts for poverty alleviation,which determines whether China can step into a well-off society in 2020. Targeted training, a key point of targeted poverty alleviation,is taken as a good way to train the main labor force,the young adults in rural areas, which is very meaningful and significant for promoting poverty alleviation. Based on the fact that the labour force in these areas tends to have a lower level of education. This paper analyzes the inevitable problems in the process of implementing precision training and puts forward some solutions.
