渔轮机舱无线智能监控系统设计

摘要 针对国内渔轮信息化程度不高、船员工作环境差、布线维护点繁多等问题,设计了一种基于GPRS技术的远程无线智能监控系统。系统通过基于GPRS的无线数传终端DTU将机舱传感器采集的数据发送给远程腾讯云服务器,在云服务器里使用数据转发软件,把数据发往远程另一个DTU,本地DTU通过串口把数据传送给本地PLC进行智能处理。PLC的上位机采用MCGS组态技术的触摸屏。PLC与DTU的通信均采用Modbus RTU协议。本地数据也可以反向下发给远程现场DTU,以实现远程监控。系统经过现场测试,达到预期控制要求。 Aiming at the problems of low informationization level of domestic fishing vessels, poor working environment of crew and numerous wiring and maintenance points, a remote wireless intelligent monitoring system based on GPRS technology was designed in this project. In the system, the data collected by the cabin sensor was sent to the remote Tencent cloud server through the GPRS-based wireless data transmission terminal DTU. Through the data forwarding software in cloud server, the data was sent to another DTU remotely, data of DTU was transmitted to upper computer through serial port for intelligent processing. Local data can also be sent back to the remote field DTU for remote monitoring. The system had been tested on the spot and meets the expected control requirements.
