Analysis on the Use Situation of VAR at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia

采用文献资料法和录像观察法从2018年国际足联俄罗斯世界杯赛VAR使用现况入手,在对典型案例进行列举归纳与分析的基础上,总结了本届世界杯赛上的VAR使用经验。结果发现,本届世界杯赛上VAR的使用既有准确体现竞赛规则精神和VAR使用规定以及先进执法理念的成功案例,同时也有种种主客观原因导致的失误案例,甚至出现了理应使用却没有使用VAR的案例。据此提出,中国足球裁判应该学习和借鉴本届世界杯赛上VAR使用的先进理念和经验。

The use condition of VAR technology at the 2018 FIFA Russia World Cup was analyzed by using the methods of literature review and video observation. Meantime, the typical cases were enumerated and inducted.The results showed that there were some successful examples to use VAR which embodied spirit of competition rules, VAR usage regulations and advanced law enforcement concepts accurately at this world cup. At the same time, some erroneous examples to use VAR also occurred because of various subjective and objective reasons, and even there were such examples that VAR was supposed to be used while they did not used eventually. Therefore, Chinese football referees should learn the advanced concept and experience of VAR use from this world cup.
