排水路面高黏沥青及其混合料性能试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 排水沥青路面具有抵抗车辆滑移、减轻行车水雾、降低道路噪音等优点,可有效减少城市雨洪灾害和水污染,其性能研究是海绵城市建设的一项关键技术。试验以自主研发的高黏沥青为基础,设计了排水路面用OGFC-13型高黏沥青混合料,依据空隙率与沥青用量的变化关系确定最佳沥青用量,以析漏试验和飞散试验检验其合理性,通过室内试验评价了高黏排水沥青混合料的路用性能,并与相同结构组成的稳定型改性沥青混合料进行对比分析。结果表明:自主研发的高黏沥青60℃动力黏度达到了9.6×10~4 Pa·s,对提高排水沥青混合料的强度有利;高黏沥青用于制作排水沥青混合料时,各项路用性能均优于稳定型橡胶改性沥青胶结料,用于排水沥青混合料设计具有路用性能优势。 Drainage asphalt pavement has the advantages of lowering the vehicle slip rate, reducing water mist and reducing the road noise, which can effectively reduce urban stormwater disasters and water pollution. Performance research of drainage asphalt pavement is a key technology for Sponge city construction. OGFC-13 mixture with high viscosity asphalt as binder for porous pavement was designed and evaluated in the laboratory. The optimum binder content was decided based on the relationship between air voids and binder content of test specimens. Schellenberg binder drainage test and Cantabro scattering loss test were also performed for the binder content verification. Road service performance of high viscosity asphalt porous mixtures were evaluated and compared with that mixed with stabilize rubber modified asphalt (SRMA) based on rutting test, bending test, freeze-thaw split test and fatigue test. The results show that the dynamic viscosity(60 ℃) of the high- viscosity asphalt has reached 9.6×10^ 4 Pa·s, which is advantageous to improve the strength of the drainage asphalt mixture. The road performance of the high- viscosity asphalt mixture is better than that of the SRMA. The superiority in road service performance of high viscosity asphalt for porous pavement construction.
