慢性肾脏病患者心理健康状况的研究进展

如今,慢性肾脏病已成为威胁人类健康的世界性难题。该病可累及全身各个系统,对患者的生活、工作造成不同程度的影响,导致患者产生一系列不良心理反应。因为慢性肾脏病患者的病情严重程度、心理承受能力、家庭情况及社会支持等不尽相同,所以他们心理问题的类型、严重程度和持续时间也存在一定的差异。临床上慢性肾脏病患者常见的心理问题包括焦虑、抑郁、认知功能障碍,对患者的生活质量造成极大的影响。因此,探究慢性肾脏病患者的心理健康状况及相关的心理保健策略,对促进慢性肾脏病患者心理健康具有重要意义。本文综述了慢性肾脏病患者常见的心理问题及相应的治疗策略,以期为临床优化慢性肾脏病患者的管理提供理论依据。

Nowadays, chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become a serious threat to human health worldwide. CKD may affect multiple organs or systems, exerting varying degrees of impacts on patients′ life and work, and thus leading to a series of adverse psychological reactions. Due to the variations in disease severity, psychological endurance, family background and social support among CKD patients, the type, severity and duration of their psychological problems are also different. In clinical settings, the most common psychological problems in patients with CKD include anxiety, depression, and cognitive impairment, which may have profound influences on patients′ quality of life. Therefore, it is important to investigate the mental health status of CKD patients and develop relevant mental healthcare strategies to improve their mental health. This article reviews the common psychological problems in patients with CKD and relevant treatment strategies, so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical optimization of management modes for CKD patients.
