摘要
焊接钢筋网连接件是适用于特大跨径桥梁轻型组合桥面的新型抗剪连接件,但其连接件埋置较浅,其拉拔性能尚未清楚。本文通过拉拔试验以及数值模拟对焊接钢筋网连接件的拉拔性能进行研究。研究结果表明:采用直径10 mm纵向钢筋、30 mm焊缝的焊接钢筋网连接件的屈服荷载为10. 7 k N,抗拔刚度为486k N/mm;模拟值与试验值趋势一致,数值模拟结果具备一定合理性;焊接钢筋网连接件构造较为合理,不会出现纵向钢筋拔出的情况。
Welded steel mesh connector is a new type of shear connector,used in lightweight composite bridge deck for super-long span.The connector is embedded shallowly,and the uplift performance is not clear.In this paper, uplift test and numerical simulation were used to study the uplift performance of welded steel mesh connector.Research results show that the yield load of welded steel mesh connector with a diameter 10 mm longitudinal reinforcement and 30 mm weld joints is 10.4 kN,and uplift Stiffness is 509 kN/mm.The trend of simulation value is in accordance with the test value,and the numerical simulation results are reasonable.The structure of welded steel mesh connector is reasonable,and the longitudinal reinforcement won't be pulled out.
