基于层间粘结性能的排水沥青路面防水粘结层材料参数研究 被引量:12

Research on Material Parameters of Waterproof Adhesive Layer for Porous Asphalt Pavement Based on Interlayer Adhesive Performance

摘要 排水沥青路面与普通密级配沥青路面相比,其与下承层的接触面积要小15%~20%,因此其对防水粘结层的粘结性能要求更高。为了评价排水沥青路面不同防水粘结层的粘结性能,采用层间抗剪强度和层间抗拉强度两个指标,分析了不同因素对SBS改性乳化沥青、SBS改性沥青碎石封层以及橡胶沥青碎石封层3种防水粘结层粘结性能的影响,并推荐了防水粘结层的材料参数。试验结果表明:采用SBS改性乳化沥青作为排水沥青路面的防水粘结层时,推荐SBS改性乳化沥青的用量为0. 4~0. 5 kg/m^2(以纯沥青质量计);采用改性沥青碎石封层作为排水沥青路面的防水粘结层时,推荐碎石采用粒径为5~10 mm的单一粒径碎石、碎石的撒布面积为60%~70%,推荐SBS改性沥青的用量为1. 2~1. 5 kg/m^2、橡胶沥青的用量为1. 5~1. 8 kg/m^2。 The contact area of porous asphalt pavement and below structure layer is less about 15%~20% compared with ordinary dense-graded asphalt pavement,and the adhesive performance requirements of waterproof adhesive layer for porous asphalt pavement are more rigorous.In order to analyze interlayer adhesive performance of different waterproof adhesive layer for porous asphalt pavement,interlayer shearing strength and interlayer drawing strength were chosen as the evaluation indexes.The effects of different factors on interlayer adhesive performance of waterproof adhesive layer,including SBS modified emulsified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt crushed stone seal coat,rubber asphalt crushed stone seal coat,were analyzed.The appropriate material parameters of waterproof adhesive layer were recommended.The test results show that when chosen SBS modified emulsified asphalt as waterproof adhesive layer,the appropriate dosage is 0.4~0.5 kg/m 2(pure asphalt dosage);When chosen modified asphalt crushed stone seal coat as waterproof adhesive layer,the 5~10 mm single particle size crushed stone is recommended,and the 60%~70% crushed stone spreading area is recommended.The appropriate dosage is 1.2~1.5 kg/m 2 for SBS modified asphalt,and the appropriate dosage is 1.5~1.8 kg/m 2 for rubber asphalt.
