某市政钢桁架桥吊装施工工艺及施工稳定性验算 被引量:7

摘要 基于浙江某市政钢桁架桥的吊装施工,结合本桥特点,经对比选择分条安装法作为其施工工艺。然后基于理论计算对吊装工艺进行了详细分析和稳定性计算。利用有限元软件Midas/Civil 2015对环片及钢管应力进行仿真计算,发现部分钢管无法满足荷载要求,通过变更设计进行调整,对调整后的施工方案进行了稳定性、强度和挠度等多角度的计算,结果表明本吊装施工方案可满足规范与设计要求,证明了该方案的可行性。 This paper is based on the hoisting construction of a municipal steel truss bridge in Zhejiang Province, combined with the characteristics of the bridge, through the selection of the strip installation method as its construction process.Then the detailed analysis and stability calculation of the hoisting process are carried out based on theoretical calculations.Using the finite element software Midas/Civil 2015 to simulate the ring and steel tube stress, it was found that some steel pipes could not meet the load requirements, and the adjustment of the design was carried out to adjust the stability, strength and deflection of the adjusted construction plan.The calculation shows that the hoisting construction scheme can meet the specification and design requirements and prove the feasibility of the scheme.
