摘要
在分析现有预制梁养护设备及养护方法各种缺陷的基础上,设计并研发了一种新型智能养护机器人设备。该设备配套具有标准化养护程序设定、全方位实时养护等特点,使预制梁养护工作实现标准化、智能化。此外,养护成本、主观养护因素对养护工程质量的影响也得到了控制,这种智能养护系统提高了预制梁的养护质量,工程应用效果较好。
Based on the analysis of various defects of existing prefabricated beam maintenance equipment and maintenance methods,a new type of intelligent maintenance robot equipment was designed.The equipment is equipped with standardized maintenance procedures and comprehensive real-time maintenance, which makes the prefabricated beam maintenance work standardized and intelligent.In addition,the impact of maintenance costs and subjective conservation factors on the quality of maintenance projects has also been controlled. This intelligent maintenance system improves the quality of prefabricated beams.
