摘要
目前,图书馆最主要的问题是占座现象。为了解决图书馆占座现象,需要运用电子控制手段集中对图书馆桌椅进行智能化管理。基于此,本文介绍了一款图书馆桌椅智能管理系统,其包括四部分及一套管理维护办法。这四部分分别是桌面清障装置、图书馆一卡通、APP与APP服务器及单桌控制终端;管理维护办法是信用积分制及二等卡制度。实践证明,该系统能充分维护图书馆的利益,且能对来图书馆的人员进行约束。
At present,the main problem of the library is the phenomenon of occupying seats.In order to solve the problem of occupying seats in libraries,it is necessary to centralize the intelligent management of desks and chairs in libraries by means of electronic control.Based on this,this paper introduced a library desk and chair intelligent management system,which included four parts and a set of management and maintenance methods.These four parts are desktop obstacle removal device,library card,APP and APP server and single-desk control terminal.The management and maintenance methods are credit score system and second-class card system.Practice has proved that the system can fully safeguard the interests of the library,and can restrict the staff who come to the library.
