The Brief Analysis of Energy Saving Reform of Dust Removal Pump in Steel Plant

钢厂除尘泵改造研究能够起到节约用电、环保节能的作用。本文简要分析了永磁调速器的工作原理及结构特点,并从耗能计算入手,对某钢厂的除尘泵进行了改造分析。最后,通过计算验证了该永磁调速器改造方案的实用性,希望能够对钢厂除尘泵研究提供帮助。

The research on the renovation of the dust removal pump of the steel mill can save electricity,protecte the environment and save energy.This paper briefly analyzed the working principle and structural characteristics of the permanent magnet governor,and started from the calculation of energy consumption.Finally,the practicability of the modification scheme of the permanent magnet governor was verified by calculation,and it was hoped that it will be helpful to the research of dust removal pump in steel works.
