摘要
"结构-隔热"一体化墙体是一种新型的复合墙体,施工方便,隔热和气密性能优越,符合现代粮仓绿色储粮要求,能较好地弥补现有平房仓墙体的缺点。本文利用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了局部墙体和整体平房仓的模型,分析其在粮食水平荷载作用下的受力和变形特点。结果表明,墙体能有效保持整体性,内叶墙主要承受荷载,内、外叶墙的应力突变较小,计算时墙体的边界条件采用四边固结是较为准确的。
The"structure-insulation"integrated wall is a new type of composite wall,which is convenient in construction,superior in heat insulation and airtight performance,meets the requirements of modern granary green grain storage,and can well compensate for the shortcomings of existing warehouse walls.In this paper,the large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the model of the partial wall and the whole flat warehouse,and the characteristics of the force and deformation under the grain horizontal load were analyzed.The results show that the wall can effectively maintain its integrity.The inner and outer blade walls mainly bear loads.The stress mutation of the inner and outer blade walls is small.It is more accurate to use four-sided consolidation to calculate the boundary conditions of the wall.
