摘要
本文选用准确度等级为0.2级的绝缘电阻表检定装置,对准确度等级10级工作用模拟指示的绝缘电阻表基本误差进行检定,建立了数学模型,分析了输入量标准不确定度的来源,从标准电阻器的极限误差、上级检定标准电阻器的传递误差、标准电阻器年变化、温度变化、湿度变化等几个方面对绝缘电阻表示值误差测量不确定度进行评估,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。
In this paper,the basic errors of the insulation resistor meter with the analog indication for the accuracy level 10 were checked by using the verification device of the insulation resistor meter with the accuracy level 0.2.The mathematical model was established.The source of the standard uncertainty of the input quantity was analyzed.From the limit error of the standard resistor,the transfer error of the standard resistor of the higher level verification,the annual variation of the standard resistor and the temperature variation,the standard resistor was checked.The uncertainty of measurement of insulation resistance indication error was evaluated from chemical and humidity changes,and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty were obtained.
