科学技术馆建设标准化途径探索与实践——以实体科技馆系列规范研制过程为例 被引量:6

摘要 科学技术馆是科学普及的重要阵地。随着国家对全民科学普及的重视程度不断提升,科技馆的数量在逐年增长。为提升科学技术馆服务质量,科学技术馆建设标准化极为重要。实体科学技术馆是中国特色科技馆体系中最重要的一员,实体科技馆系列规范的率先研制对于中国特色科技馆体系的建立具有带头作用。此次湖北省科学技术馆与华中师范大学协同研制的实体科技馆系列规范——《科学技术馆术语规范》《科学技术馆展品与藏品规范》与《科学技术馆展陈规范》是科学技术馆建设标准化的一次尝试。本文基于前期研究,总结此系列规范的研制过程,得出科技馆建设标准化途径,以期为日后进一步推进科学技术馆建设标准化提供一定的参考。具体途径可分为四步:需求分析,兼顾场馆人员与观众的需求;框架构建,从宏观到微观,从体系框架到标准内部框架;内容填充,注意内部语言的科学性、时代性与规范性;专家咨询,贯穿整个研制过程。 Science and technology museum is an important position for popularization of science. As the state attaches more importance to the popularization of science for all, the number of science and technology museums is increasing year by year. In order to improve the service quality of the science and technology museum, the standardization of its construction is extremely important. Entity science and technology museum is the most important member in the system of science and technology museum with Chinese characteristics. The development of the series of physical science and technology museums has a leading role in the science and technology museum system with Chinese characteristics. In the collaboration with the Hubei Provincial science and technology museum, Central China Normal University developed a series of entity science and technology museum-Science and Technology Museum - Terminology,Standards for Exhibition ofScience and Technology Museum and Standards for the Collection and Exhibits of Science and Technology Museum.They are an attempt to standardize the entity science and technology museum. Based on the preliminary research, this paper summarizes the development process of this series of specifications, and draws a standardization approach to the construction of science and technology museums. It hopes to provide a reference for further promoting the standardization of science and technology museum construction standardization. It can be divided into four steps: 1) demand analysis, taking into account the needs of museum staff and audience;2) framework construction, considering from macro to micro , from system framework to standard internal framework construction;3) content filling, paying attention to internal language’s scientificity, epochal and normative;4) expert consultation, it should be throughout the development process.
