宫腔内人工授精术后护理对妊娠成功率的影响

Effect of nursing care on Pregnancy success rate after intrauterine artificial insemination

目的本文介绍了宫腔内人工授精患者术后护理对妊娠成功率的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年6月我院收治的400例夫精人工授精手术患者,随机均分为实验组和对照组。对实验组患者进行常规护理+心理干预+全程护理模式,对照组则采取常规护理,未实施心理干预和全程护理,比较两组妊娠率结果。结果实验组的妊娠率明显高于对照组,实验组胚胎生化率明显低于对照组。结论常规护理+心理干预+全程护理模式可减轻宫腔内人工授精患者术后不良反应,改善妊娠结局。

Objective This PaPer introduces the effect of PostoPerative nursing care on Pregnancy success rate in Patients with intrauterine sPermatosis.Methods RetrosPective analysis of 400 Patients undergoing artificial insemination from June 2017 to June 2018. They were randomly divided into two grouPs: exPerimental grouP and control grouP.. The Patients in the exPerimental grouP were given routine nursing and Psychological intervention Plus the whole nursing mode. The control grouP only took routine nursing care.. No Psychological intervention and full care The Pregnancy rate was comPared between the two grouPs.Results The Pregnancy rate of the exPerimental grouP was significantly higher than that of the control grouP, and the embryo biochemical rate of the exPerimental grouP was significantly lower than that of the control grouP.Conclusion Routine nursing and Psychological intervention combined with whole-course nursing can alleviate adverse reactions and imProve Pregnancy outcome in Patients with intrauterine artificial insemination.
