摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂对粉煤灰/碳酸钙/纸塑复合磨粉料混合物进行表面活化处理,制得了改性纸塑复配料,考察了其用量对PVC塑胶跑道性能的影响。结果表明:当改性纸塑复配料用量为25份时,PVC塑胶跑道的加工性能和力学性能均最佳。
The surface of mixtures of fly ash/calcium carbonate/paper - plastic composite milling powder were activated by silane coupling agent, and modified paper - plastic compounds were prepared. The effects of the modified paper - plastic compound content on the properties of PVC plastic runway were investigated. The results showed that when the modified paper - plastic compounds were 25 phr, the processing and mechanical properties of PVC plastic runway were the best.
