摘要
阐述了采用变压吸附装置对乙炔发生器贮斗置换排出的气体进行回收利用的工艺流程。该装置的运行达到了降低产品成本、减少废气排放、保护环境、保障生产系统安全环保稳定运行的目的。以河南神马氯碱发展有限责任公司30万t/aPVC计,回收气体产生的效益为268.5万元/a。
The process flow of pressure swing adsorption for recycling gas displaced from hopper of acetylene generator was described.
