摘要
针对底盘柔性件布置间隙不满足要求的情况,首次提出ADAMS软件结合3DCS进行风险评估的方法。通过某型号汽车驱动轴与稳定杠布置的具体实例,应用ADAMS考虑柔性件的动态变形,再结合3DCS软件对装配导致的偏差进行仿真,评估布置风险,最后通过灵敏度分析找出目标测量区域的主要贡献因子,合理分配零部件公差,达到以最优成本解决问题的目的。
For the situation that the layout clearance of the chassis flexible parts does not meet the requirements, method of risk assessment that combining the Adams software with 3DCS is proposed for the first time. Through an example of the arrangement of driving shaft and stabilizer bar in a certain type of automobile, the ADAMS is used to consider the dynamic deformation of the flexible member;the 3DCS software is used to simulate the deviation caused by the assembly;and then the layout risk is evaluated. Finally, the main contribution factor in target area is found based on the sensitivity analysis. The component tolerances are reasonably distributed to achieve the goal of solving the problem at the optimal cost.
