摘要
加装在轻型无人直升机机身左右两侧的外挂武器装备受到机身等部件的气动干扰,气动特性与自由来流时相差比较大。采用RANS方法对带外挂武器装备的轻型无人直升机进行气动特性计算,包括不同机身侧滑角和挂弹数量状态。结果表明挂梁和挂架对外挂武器装备气动特性的影响比较大,外挂武器装备在纵向和航向上是静不稳定的。在有横向来流时,外挂武器装备的阻力和偏航力矩变化比较大。随着导弹不断发射,外挂武器装备的阻力、俯仰力矩和偏航力矩都不断降低,但是升力基本上不变。研究结果可为外挂武器装备减阻设计和气动布局、武器发射策略的选择等提供重要的参考。
The aerodynamic characteristics of the external weapon equipment mounted on both sides of the light unmanned helicopter fuselage is affected by the aerodynamic interference of fuselage and other parts, which is relatively different to the case of free flow. The aerodynamic characteristics of light unmanned helicopter with external weapon equipment is calculated with the RANS method, including different fuselage side slip angles and missile numbers. The results show that the hanger and pylon have a great impact on the aerodynamic characteristics of external weapon equipment, and the external weapon equipment is static instability in the vertical and heading direction. The drag and yaw moment of external weapon equipment changes largely in a horizontal flow. With the launch of missiles, the drag, pitching moment and yaw moment of external weapon equipment would continuously reduce, but the lift force remains basically unchanged. The results can provide some reference for the drag reduction design of external weapon equipment, and selection of the pneumatic layout and the weapon launch strategy, and so on.
