摘要
通过对"热态调零"概念的介绍和现有技术的研究,然后基于传统弹簧支架的设计原理结合热态调零的过程,绘制出可调零型弹簧支架的原理图,利用三维设计软件,对可调零型弹簧支架实施建模,在三维模型的基础上对个别部件进行优化设计,最后得到可靠地产品,为相关技术和相关行业提供技术参考。
In this paper, the concept of "hot state zeroing" is introduced and the current technology is researched. Then, based on the design principle of the traditional spring bracket combined with the process of hot state zeroing, the schematic diagram of adjustable zero type spring bracket is drawn. The three-dimensional design software is used to model the adjustable spring bracket;the individual components are optimized based on the three-dimensional model;and finally the reliable products could be obtained. It would provide technical reference for the related technologies and related industries.
