一种基于机器人的液氮汇总管焊接的设计与实现

摘要 在不锈钢板式热沉制作过程中,管管连接和管板连接的焊接工作必不可少,传统工艺中大多采用手工氩弧焊工艺,效率低、质量不易保证等现在问题。阐述了一种基于机器人工作站的液氮汇总管焊接方案,通过六轴机器人和外部轴组成的机器人焊接工作站,通过柔性化加工,完成不锈钢板式热沉汇总管与支管的焊接,通过实际操作数据表明,该方案效率高,误差率小,具有很强的工业应用价值。 The welding work of the tube connection and the tube plate connection is indispensable in the process of stainless steel plate type heat sinking;yet the manual argon arc welding process is widely adopted in the traditional techniques, which is inefficient and difficult to guarantee the quality. In this article, a welding scheme based on robot workstation for liquid nitrogen collecting tube is introduced. Based on the robot welding workstation that consists of the six-joint robot and the external axle, welding for the main and branch pipes of the stainless steel plate type heat sink is completed through the flexible machining. The practical operation data shows that the scheme has high efficiency, small error rate and strong industrial application value.
