摘要
结合工程实例中某台电梯轿厢发生共振故障,通过计算分析电梯轿厢减振系统的固有频率,发现该固有频率与曳引主机以及轿底轮旋转失衡激励频率相近,故初步诊断曳引主机和轿底轮旋转失衡是引起该故障的主要原因,最后提出用弹簧-橡胶组合减振垫以抑制电梯轿厢共振,该减振方案经实践证实具有与良好的减振效果。
Combined with an engineering example that a resonance fault occurred in an elevator car, and through calculating and analyzing the natural frequency of the elevator car damping system, it is found that this natural frequency is similar to the rotation unbalance excitation frequency of the motor and car bottom wheel;Therefore, the primary diagnosis is that the rotation imbalance between the motor and the car wheel is the main reason of the fault. Finally, the spring-rubber damping pad is put forward to control the vibration of the elevator car;and the vibration damping method has been proved to be effective in practice.
