Influence and Meanings of Industry 4.0 on Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

本文首先对"工业4.0"概念提出的时代背景及定义进行了介绍。其次对"工业4.0"的核心技术-"物联网系统",以及以物联网系统为基础而衍生出的物联网与服务网进行了分析讨论。着重讨论了"工业4.0"对中小企业的影响和"工业4.0"带来的改变,通过机器学习的数据处理应用案例,介绍了数字化带来的机遇和挑战,引入"工业4.0"概念对中小企业领导层、人事管理等三个方面的影响,对比分析了中小企业相对于大型企业的优缺点。总结中小企业调整实施"工业4.0"的措施,为中小企业提供参考或借鉴。

In this paper, the background and definition of the "Industry 4.0" are briefly introduced;and then the core technology of "Industry 4.0", the "CPS (Cyber Physical System)", and the Internet of Things and Service Network based on the CPS will be discussed. The influences of "Industry 4.0" on SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and the changes brought by "Industry 4.0" are discussed emphatically. With the help of data processing application cases of machine learning, the opportunities and challenges brought by digitization are introduced, as well as the influence of "Industry 4.0" concept on the leadership and personnel management of small and medium-sized enterprises. The advantages and disadvantages of small and medium-sized enterprises compared with large enterprises are analyzed. Finally, measures for SMEs to adjust and implement the "Industry 4.0" are summarized so as to provide references for the SMEs.
