汽修专业螺栓拆装训练台架的设计与应用

Design and Application of Auto Repair Professional Bolt Disassembly Training Platform

以本校汽修专业为例,通过分析目前汽修专业螺栓拆装训练的现状,设计了一种可提高螺栓拆装能力的训练台架,并制定了进行拆装训练的建议方案和维护保养制度。通过该台架可以让学生掌握汽车上常见螺栓的识别、正确的拆装方法和流程,以及实现多方位的螺栓拆装训练和熟练使用拆装工具等功能。

In this article, taking the auto repair major of this school as an example, a type of training platform that can improve the bolt disassembly and assembly ability is designed through analyzing the current status of the bolt repair and disassembly training in the auto repair majors;meanwhile, the suggestion scheme and maintenance system for disassembly and assembly training are formulated. Through the platform, students can master the identification of common bolts on the car, the correct disassembly and assembly methods and processes, as well as the realization of multi-directional bolt disassembly training and skilled use of disassembly tools and other functions.
