高校师生党支部新型共建机制探究

A Probe into the New Co-construction Mechanism of the Party Branches of College Teachers and Students

高校师生党支部共建是基层党组织建设的新模式,对提升高校党建工作的实效性具有重要意义。然而,目前已进行的党支部共建存在侧重共建形式、忽视共建内容、侧重共建的启动、忽视共建的延续、缺乏严格的制度保障和完善的考评机制等问题。创建新型共建机制,应当建立健全共建的制度保障体系和考评机制,凸显共建形式与方法的主导性和互动性,明确共建活动的目标和内容,实行自建与共建、线上与线下相结合的多元化模式,全面推动教育教学与人才培养的有机统一,切实发挥基层党组织的先锋模范作用。

The co-construction of the Party branches of teachers and students in colleges and universities is a new mode of grass-roots Party organizations, which is of great significance to enhancing the effectiveness of Party building in colleges and universities. However, the present Party branch co-construction has been focused on the form of co-construction, ignoring the content construction, focusing on the start-up of co-construction, ignoring the continuation of co-construction, with the lack of strict institutional guarantee and perfect evaluation mechanism and so on. To create a new co-construction mechanism, people should establish and improve the institutional guarantee system and evaluation mechanism of co-construction, highlight the dominance and interactivity of the co-construction form and method, clarify the goal and content of the co-construction activities, and carry out the diversified model of self-construction and co-construction, online and offline integration, so as to comprehensively promote the organic unity of education, teaching and personnel training, and give full play to the vanguard exemplary role of grass-roots party organizations.
