柴归汤联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床研究

Clinical observation in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohe patitis with Chaigui Tang and combined Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules

目的:探讨柴归汤联合多烯磷酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:将112例符合非酒精性脂肪性肝炎诊断标准的患者随机分为2组。对照组患者56例,口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊;治疗组56例,在对照组治疗基础上口服柴归汤。均治疗12周。观察治疗前后血脂、肝功能和肝纤维化及细胞炎症介质指标变化。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后炎症介质、血脂、肝功能、肝纤维化指标水平均优于治疗前,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴归汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎有显著疗效。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with Chaigui Tang. Meth-ods:Total of 112 cases of NASH in accordance with diagnostic criteria were randomized into 2 groups. The control group(56 patients)with pol- yene phosphatidyl choline. The treatment group(56 patients)with Chaigui Tang on the base of the control group. The efficacy were observed af- ter 12 weeks in two groups. After treatment,inflammatory mediator,blood fat,liver function and liver fibrosis were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclu- sion:Chaigui Tang had good cure effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
