The Origin of Fire Needle Therapy for Curing Cutaneous Diseases

火针疗法是指将特制的针具烧至发红后快速刺入特定部位而达到治病的一种方法,属于针灸治病的传统疗法之一,临床应用较为广泛,历代皆有发挥,且以中医外科、皮科见长,我科应用火针疗法治疗各类皮肤疾病已经有数十年,对其临床适应症和疗效深有体会,该疗法适应症广泛,疗效显著,寒热虚实,无所不宜。且操作简便,易于掌握,对一些顽固性皮肤病有其独特的疗效,值得推广。故本文就其在临床应用方面的源流探析、体会感悟,浅述如下,并附验案一则。

Fire needle therapy is to burn the special needle until it turns red,then stick the needle into particular part of human body to cure disease. As one of the traditional therapies for treating diseases with acupuncture and moxibustion,it has been widely used in clinical practice,especially in Chinese traditional surgery and dermatology.Our department has used fire needle therapy to treat all kinds of skin diseases for decades,in addition,has a deep understanding of its clinical indications and curative effect. Being easy to operate and easy to master,the fire needle therapy has a unique effect on some intractable skin diseases. This thesis is to explore the source and share our experiences with a case attached.
