电针结合拔罐疗法治疗女性腹型肥胖的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Cupping Therapy in the Treatment of Female Abdominal Obesity

目的观察电针结合拔罐疗法治疗女性腹型肥胖的临床疗效。方法将60例符合纳入标准的腹型肥胖的女性患者随机分为电针拔罐组和电针组,各30例。治疗3个月后,分别观察两组治疗前后腰围、臀围、体重、BMI指标的变化,比较两种方法的临床疗效。结果①两组治疗前后腰围和臀围均有所下降,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。组间比较电针结合拔罐疗法在减少腰围和臀围方面优于单纯电针组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。②治疗后电针结合拔罐疗法总有效率为80. 00%,单纯电针疗法总有效率为73. 33%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。③两组治疗后体重、BMI均下降,与治疗前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);组间比较电针结合拔罐疗法在降低体重和BMI方面优于单纯电针组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论电针结合拔罐疗法、单纯电针都是治疗女性腹型肥胖的有效方法。电针结合拔罐疗法在治疗女性腹型肥胖的减少腰围、臀围,降低体重及BMI等疗效方面优于电针组。电针结合拔罐疗法治疗女性腹型肥胖方面疗效确切,值得在临床上進一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy on female abdominal obesity. Methods In total,60 women with abdominal obesity who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into electroacupuncture cupping group and electro-acupuncture group,30 cases each. After three months of treatment,the changes of waist circumference,hip circumference,body weight and BMI were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two methods was compared. Results ① The waist circumference and hip circumference of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy was superior to electro-acupuncture alone in reducing waist circumference and hip circumference( P < 0. 05). ② After treatment,the total effective rate of electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy was 80. 00%, and that of electro-acupuncture alone was 73. 33%. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups( P < 0. 05). ③ The body weight and BMI of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy was superior to the simple electro-acupuncture group in reducing body weight and BMI,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with cupping therapy and electro-acupuncture are effective methods to treat female abdominal obesity. Electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy is superior to electro-acupuncture group in reducing waist circumference,hip circumference,weight loss and BMI in treating female abdominal obesity. Electro-acupuncture combined with cupping therapy is effective in treating female abdominal obesity,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
