电针结合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

A Clinical Study on Electroacupuncture Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding Treating Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的通过开展临床随机对照试验,观察电针和电针结合穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效和疗效差异,为多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗提供新思路。方法将符合纳入标准的60例受试者随机分入电针组和电针+埋线组,每组30例,电针组仅接受电针治疗,电针+埋线组在电针组的基础上进行埋线治疗,两组均治疗12周。结果①两组患者经过治疗后,体重、BMI、腰臀比(WHR)均有显著改善(P<0. 05);治疗组与观察组比较,其体重、BMI、WHR差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);②两组患者经过治疗后,LH、LH/FSH、T水平均有显著改善(P <0. 05);③两组患者经过治疗后,FINS、HOMA-IR均有显著改善(P <0. 05);④两组患者经过治疗后,月经症状评分均有显著改善(P <0. 05);治疗组与观察组比较,月经症状评分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论电针和电针结合穴位埋线对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的肥胖指标、性激素水平、胰岛素抵抗以及月经症状均有改善作用,而在肥胖指标及月经症状改善方面,电针结合穴位埋线相对单纯电针显示出更明显的优势。

Objective To observe the clinical effects between electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome by clinical randomized controlled study,in order to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Sixty volunteers who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the electroacupuncture group and the electroacupuncture + acupoint catgut embedding group,with 30 cases in each. The electroacupuncture group received electroacupuncture treatment. On the basis of the electroacupuncture group,electroacupuncture + acupoint catgut embedding group was treated with catgut embedding additionally. The duration in both groups were 12 weeks. Results Body weight,BMI and Waist Hip Rate( WHR) were significantly lower after treatment in the two groups,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Electroacupuncture + acupoint catgut embedding group showed better improvement than electroacupuncture group( P< 0. 05). LH,LH/FSH and T were significantly lower after treatment in the two groups,with statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Both FINS and HOMA-IR were significantly lower after treatment in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The total scores of both groups were significantly lower after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The difference between the two groups regarding the menstrual symptoms total score was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture and electroacupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding have an good effect on the improvement of obesity indices,the sex hormone level,insulin resistance and menstrual symptoms of PCOS,and the effect of the latter group is superior improvement of obesity indices and menstrual symptoms.
