摘要
白癜风是一种以局限性脱色斑为特征的疾病,火针疗法近年开始应用于白癜风的治疗,因同时兼备针和灸的双重作用,通过温热刺激穴位或局部来温通经脉,活血行气,促成了皮损区黑素细胞形成,临床效果显著。本文主要介绍刘红霞教授基于"寒者热之"理论,运用毫火针治疗稳定期白癜风的临床经验。
Vitiligo is a disease characterized by local discoloration. In recent years, fire acupuncture therapy has been applied to the treatment of vitiligo. Because of the double effects of acupuncture and moxibustion , acupoint or local heat stimulation is used to warm the meridians and promote blood circulation and qi. This article mainly introduces professor Liu hongxia's clinical experience in the treatment of stable vitiligo with the milli-fire acupuncture therapy based on the theory of “cold treated with warm”.
