银花汤联合毫火针刺血疗法治疗聚合性痤疮的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Yinhua Decoction Combined with Milli-fire Needle Blood-pricking Therapy for the Treatment of Acne Conglobata

目的观察银花汤联合毫火针刺血疗法治疗聚合性痤疮的临床疗效。方法将新疆医科大学附属中医医院皮肤科门诊中符合纳入标准同意入组的100例患者采用随机分为试验组和对照组;试验组采用银花汤联合毫火针刺血疗法治疗,对照组单纯采用银花汤口服治疗。治疗4周后观察两组患者治疗前后皮损评分和皮肤病生活质量指数,了解两组患者相应改善程度。结果试验组总有效率为90. 91%,对照组总有效率为75. 56%,两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3. 742,P <0. 05)。试验组治疗前与治疗后DQLI积分比较差异有显著统计学意义(t=25. 03,P <0. 01),试验组与对照组治疗前后DQLI积分差比较差异无统计学意义(t=0. 71,P> 0. 05)。结论银花汤联合毫火针刺血疗法治疗聚合性痤疮较单独口服银花汤疗效更优,且毫火针刺血疗法针对炎性丘疹、结节等皮损改善明显,无明显不良反应,中药银花汤联合毫火针刺血疗法治疗聚合性痤疮具有疗效明显、复发率小、无明显不良反应、操作简便等优点,可予推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinhua decoction combined with millifire needle acupuncture for treatment of acne. Methods One hundred patients who met the inclusion criteria in dermatology clinic of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with Yinhua decoction combined with milli-fire needle acupuncture therapy,while the control group was treated with Yinhua decoction only. After four weeks of treatment,the scores of skin lesions and the quality of life index of skin diseases before and after treatment in the two groups were observed to understand the corresponding improvement in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90. 91% in the experimental group and75. 56% in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups( 2 = 3. 742, P < 0. 05). The difference of DQLI scores between the experimental group before and after treatment was statistically significant( t = 25. 03,P< 0. 01),while the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was not statistically significant( t = 0. 71,P > 0. 05).Conclusion The curative effect of Yinhua decoction combined milli-fire needle therapy is better than taking single oral Yinhua decoction. Lesions of inflammatory papules and nodule improve significantly after the fire needle therapy,no obvious adverse reaction. Yinhua decoction combined milli-fire needle therapy to treat acne has curative effect,and the recurrence rate is low with easy operation and few adverse reactions.
