穴位放血联合毫火针治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Bloodletting Combined with Milli-fire Needle Acupuncture in the Treatment of Hormone Dependence Dermatitis

目的观察穴位放血联合毫火针治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法对36例激素依赖性皮炎患者采用穴位放血联合毫火针治疗,穴位放血取穴有大椎穴、双耳尖、双肺俞、双膈俞、双脾俞;毫火针治疗主要作用于局部皮损部位,两种方法均3天治疗1次,10次为1疗程;1疗程结束后休息1周再进行下一疗程的治疗,共治疗3个疗程。通过对治疗前后患者的主观症状(主要包括瘙痒、疼痛、灼热、干燥、紧绷感等不适感)、客观指标(主要包括红斑、鳞屑、痤疮样皮损、肿胀程度、毛细血管扩张、皮肤萎缩等)进行评分,以评估治疗前后的变化。结果治疗后,患者的主观症状、客观指标评分较治疗前均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论穴位放血联合毫火针能有效治疗激素依赖性皮炎,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint bloodletting combined with milli-fire needle acupuncture on hormone dependence dermatitis. Methods In total,36 patients with hormone dependence dermatitis were treated with acupoint bloodletting combined with milli-fire needle acupuncture. Acupoint bloodletting was performed at dazhui point,double erjian points,double feishu points,double geshu points and double pishu points. Milli-fire needle acupuncture was mainly used for local skin lesions. The above two methods were treated once every three days,10 times for a course of treatment;rest for one week after the end of one course of treatment,and then the next course of treatment,a total of three courses of the treatment. Patients’ subjective symptoms( mainly including itching,pain,burning,dryness,taut sensation,etc.) and objective indicators( mainly including erythema,scales,acne-like skin lesions,degree of swelling,telangiectasia,skin atrophy,etc.) were scored to evaluate the changes before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the subjective symptoms and objective index scores of the patients were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Acupoint bloodletting combined with milli-fire needle acupuncture can effectively treat hormone dependence dermatitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
