摘要
在阐述轨道衡综合服务网络平台监控管理系统总体设计思路的基础上,分别从结构、功能、数据库、实现技术选择等4个方面论述系统设计,然后分别从运行状态监控和过衡数据监控2个方面论述系统原理和验证测试,认为监控管理系统能够有效监控各种轨道衡的设备状态,及时发现设备故障,提高设备使用效率,对于完善设备监控手段,服务轨道衡用户具有现实意义。
By specifying the overall design concept of integrated service network platform monitoring & management system for rail-weighbridge,the article elaborates the system design in view of such four aspects as structure,func. tion,database and realization technology selection,etc. Then it elaborates the system principle and verification test separately in view of operation status monitoring and vehicle data monitoring,concluding that the rail-weighbridge monitoring & management system can effectively monitor the equipment status of various rail-weighbridges,timely detect equipment failures and improve equipment service efficiency, thus of practical significance for improving equipment monitoring approaches and serving rail-weighbridge users.
