摘要
为了判定RPC型铁路电缆槽盖板和人行道步板是否满足工程具体要求,依据Q/CR 2.1—2014《铁路电缆槽盖板和人行道步板第1部分:活性粉末混凝土型》,设计出一套检测上述产品抗裂性及承载能力的检测装置。该检测装置工作适应性强,能够适用于不同规格的RPC型铁路电缆槽盖板和人行道步板的检测,而且能够实现装置的自由移动和盖板的几何对中,使检测结果更加准确。试验结果表明:利用该装置测得的抗裂性及承载能力数据与厂家提供的代表值相差甚微。
To determine whether the RPC railway cable trough cover plate and the sidewalk step plate can meet the specific engineering requirements,according to Q/CR 2.1-2014 Railway Cable Trough Cover Plate and Sidewalk Step Plate-Part 1: Reactive Powder Concrete,a testing equipment is designed to test the crack resistance and bear. ing capacity of the above products. The testing equipment is strong in job adaptabilility,can be used to test RPC rail. way cable trough cover plates and sidewalk step plates of various specifications. Besides,it can move freely and real. ize geometric alignment of cover plates, thus making the results more accurate. According to the test results: the crack resistance and bearing capacity data measured via the equipment are almost same to the representative values offered by manufacturers.
