摘要
针对现有维修模式无法适应轨道交通装备发展的需求,提出基于大数据和云平台等新一代信息通信技术对现有维修服务模式进行创新,建设远程维修服务系统。概述远程维修服务系统的架构、内容和预期目标,详细介绍一体化数据传输体系、大数据云平台和远程维修服务等主要建设内容。远程维修服务系统将在装备预防性维修、导航式电子维修资料、库存精确化等方面产生影响,给制造商和用户带来持续的增值服务。
With a view to the fact that the existing operation & maintenance mode cannot adapt to the demand of rail transit equipment development,the article proposes to innovatively establish a remote maintenance service system for the existing operation & maintenance service mode based on the new-generation communication technologies such as big data and cloud platform,etc. It outlines the architecture,contents and expected targets for the remote mainte. nance service system,introduces such main construction contents as integrated data transmission system,big data cloud platform and remote operation & maintenance service,etc. in details. The remote maintenance service system will affect many aspects including preventive maintenance of equipment,navigation-type electronic maintenance da. ta and inventory precision,etc.,thus bringing value-added services for manufacturers and users.
