摘要
针对采棉机作业过程中难以实现火情实时监测和精准报警的问题,提出一种基于CAN总线技术的采棉机火情监测方法,并对火情监测系统的硬件和软件结构进行设计。利用多信息快速传输、多节点实时监测等技术,设计火情监测系统主程序、火情信息采集和灭火处理子程序,基于LabVIEW开发人机交互界面。试验结果表明,该系统可实现信息迅速采集、多通道节点实时监测和精准报警的功能。
In allusion to the problem that it is difficult for the cotton picking machine to realize real-time fire monitoring and accurate alarm in its operation process,a fire monitoring method based on the CAN bus technology is proposed for the cotton picking machine,and the hardware and software structures of the fire monitoring system are designed.The main program of the fire monitoring system and the subprograms for fire information acquisition and fire extinguishing processing are designed by using the technologies of multi-information fast transmission and multi-node real-time monitoring.The man-machine interactive interface is developed based on the LabVIEW.The test results show that the system can realize the functions of rapid information acquisition,real-time monitoring of multi-channel nodes and accurate alarm.
