高速铁路车站防范恐怖袭击存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures for Preventing Terrorist Attacks in High-speed Railway Stations

基于高速铁路在国家经济发展、民生中的地位和恐怖主义新趋势下面临的威胁,如何有效防范恐怖袭击成为高速铁路车站必须解决的问题。本项研究,主要采用实地调查法、试验法从人防、物防和技防几个方面对目前高铁站在防范恐怖袭击方面存在的问题及原因进行研究,并在此基础上从"三防"和高铁站建设提前介入等几个方面提出高铁站防范恐怖袭击存在问题的改进对策。

Based on the status of high-speed railway in national economic development, people’s livelihood and the threat of the new trend of terrorism, how to effectively prevent terrorist attacks has become a problem that must be solved in high-speed railway stations. In the research, the problems and causes of preventing terrorist attacks in high-speed railway stations are mainly studied from the aspects of staff defense, entity defense and technical defense by field investigation and test methods. On the basis, the improvement countermeasures of preventing terrorist attacks in highspeed railway stations are put forward from the aspects of "three defenses" and early intervention in the construction of high-speed railway stations.
