基于空间句法对中心城区铁路车站及周边地区改造的思考——以合肥站为例

Research on the Transformation of Railway Stations and Surrounding Areas in Central City Based on Space Syntax——A Case Study of the Hefei Railway Station

以中心城区铁路车站及周边地区城市空间为研究对象,通过对相关政策的解读,对存在的问题进行汇总.以空间句法为研究方法,对车站选址、车站与城市交通的衔接、车站及周边的商业开发3个方面进行深入研究,以铁路车站周边的空间整合度作为主要研究参数.根据研究结论,结合国内实际案例,进行改造前后整合度对比分析,评价改造方案.最后,提出优化策略,为我国中心城区铁路车站及周边地区更新改造提供新思路.

Taking the urban space of the railway station and surrounding areas in the central city as the research object, this paper summarizes the existing problems through the interpretation of relevant policies. Taking spatial syntax as the research method, The paper studies the location of the station, the connection between railway station and urban transportation systems and the commercial development of the surrounding area. The spatial integration degree around the railway station is taken as the main parameter. According to the research conclusion and combined with the actual domestic cases, the comparative analysis of the integration around the station before and after the reconstruction is carried out to evaluate the transformation plan. Finally, optimizing strategies are proposed to provide new ideas for the renovation of railway stations and surrounding areas in the central city in China.
