大都市集中功能区客流出行分析及发展策略

Research of Passenger Flow Characteristics and Development Strategy in Metropolitan Concentrated Function Areas

以北京市城市交通综合调查数据为依据,从访客来访目的、到达方式、出发区域及出行距离2类空间特征、行人及车辆到发时间分布2类时间特征和停车特征对居住区等4种集中功能区的客流特征进行分析,针对北京市集中功能区现存的问题,从交通设施的配给、停车位的配建、引导市民公交出行等角度提出交通层面的发展策略和改进建议.

Urban concentrated function areas, a highly gathering place of related social resources, play a vital role in the development of cities because it could play specific urban functions effectively. Based on the data of the urban traffic survey in Beijing, this paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger flows in four concentrated function areas from the perspective of visiting purpose, arrival mode, two spatial characteristic including departure area and travel distance and the time characteristics which are the distributions of the departure and arrival time for both vehicles and pedestrians and the parking characteristics. Next, aiming at the existing problems in centralized function areas in Beijing,this paper puts forward the urban traffic development strategies and suggestions about the allocation of transport facilities and guiding citizen to choose public transportation.
