摘要
针对西安高新区在建纬三十路线位上一处深度被建筑垃圾和生活垃圾虚填深度为3. 65~10. 5 m的砖厂取土坑,结合建设单位提出的在市政建设中采用环保材料的要求,考虑道路沿线的限制因素,提出了对垃圾坑翻挖回填的路基处理方案,并铺筑试验段以确定最佳施工工艺.试验段结果显示:采用翻挖回填的处理方案效果良好,对于建筑垃圾回填路基施工质量应采用施工工艺参数和沉降差2个指标进行控制,并对沉降差指标给出建议值.最后进行了社会经济效益分析.本文为路基垃圾坑处理以及土石混填路基施工技术积累数据和施工经验.
The article aims at the borrow pit of a brick factory with a depth of 3.65 to 10.5 meters filled with construction waste and domestic garbage in the construction Wei 30th Road in Xi an High-tech Industrial Development Zone. A roadbed treatment plan for the dumping and backfilling of refuse pits was proposed in combination with the requirements for the use of environmentally friendly materials in the municipal construction proposed by the construction unit, and in consideration of the limiting factors along the road. A test section was paved to determine the best construction technology. The results of the test section show that the treatment scheme using the dredging and backfilling works well. For the construction quality of the backfill of construction waste, two indexes of construction process parameters and settlement difference should be used for control, and the recommended value of the settlement difference index should be given. Finally, an analysis of social and economic benefits was carried out. This paper accumulates data and construction experience for the treatment of roadbed garbage pits and the construction technology of roadbeds with soil and rocks.
