摘要
从人、车、路及环境方面分析新建穿村道路开通初期的交通特征及其安全隐患,运用"差错性与突变性"耦合思路分析其交通事故频繁发生的机理.事实表明,超速严重、交通冲突过多及防护设施不到位等是导致事故发生的直接因素,而交通设施缺乏、安全意识差及道路开口过多等及其之间相互作用的关系是引起事故多发的潜在因素,且交通设施缺乏是贯穿整个事故发生过程的重要影响因素.针对事故多发的原因机理,从交通管理工程技术的角度提出降低车速、减少冲突,提高警惕和加强保障等系统协同预防措施,经汉川市交警大队对348国道汉川段事故多发道路实施后表明交通安全改善效果明显.
From the aspects of humans, vehicles, roads and environment, the traffic characteristics and potential safety hazards of the newly built Chuancun road were analyzed. The mechanism of the frequent occurrence of traffic crashes was analyzed using the coupling concept of “error and abruptness.” The facts show that serious speeding, excessive traffic collisions, and lack of protective facilities are the direct causes of crashes. The lack of traffic control devices, poor safety awareness, and excessive road openings, and their interactions with each other are the causes of frequent crashes. The potential factors and the lack of traffic control devices are important influencing factors throughout the crash. Based on the traffic management engineering technology point of view, the system proposes coordinated preventive measures such as reducing the speed of vehicles, reducing conflicts, increasing vigilance, and strengthening safeguards against secondary crashes. It was demonstrated after Hanchuan Traffic Police Bureau implemented the crash-prone road of the 348 National Road Hanchuan section. The traffic safety improvement effect is obvious.
