公安院校警务化管理"三化"工作模式,即建立"三个"平台,形成"三种"工作机制,开展"三项"主题教育活动,抓住"三个"重点环节。以拓宽学生思政工作新途径为突破口,增强教育的针对性和时效性;以创新警务化管理制度为抓手,发挥警务化管理的育人功能;以争先创优和校园文化活动为载体,发挥其示范作用;以建立健全制度为保障,加强警务化管理的规范化和制度化;以加强干部队伍建设为保证,发挥其表率与典范作用。

"4 three-items" working model of policing management in police colleges aims at taking new ways of broadening students’ ideological and political instruction as a breakthrough to enhance the pertinence and timeliness of education, giving full play to policing management-based talent training function on the basis of policing management system innovation, giving full play to its demonstration effects with competition for excellence as a carrier and strengthening standardization and institutionalization of policing management and development of cadre contingent, and thus giving full play to their demonstration effects.
